Flat Bottom Silos are capable of storing any type of material and have a flat bottom surface thanks to the employment of advanced technology in their construction. For grain storage exceeding 500MT, flat bottom silos are recommended.

With deep civil foundations built on the site to accommodate the size of the grain silos, the corrugated, performed silos panels are joined cylindrically on circular purlins and vertical stiffeners using bolts and nuts on the heavy concrete rings.

Additionally, all required accessories are offered. For convenient discharge exits with valves, a sweep auger is also attached inside the level concrete bottom. At the summit of the assembled cylindrical side wall, there is also a slanted roof with manholes, a roof ladder, and railings. There are also the required guarded outdoor and interior ladders available.

When constructing the silos, corrugated zinc aluminum sheet panels offer a number of clear benefits over corrugated galvanized steel panels. As an alternative, there is an additional choice which is hopper bottom silo.
