Procedure for Glass-Fused Steel Tanks

Steel Panel Fabrication : The process begins with the fabrication of high-grade steel sheets. These sheets are cut into panels designed for the specific dimensions and shape of the tank.

Glass Coating: The steel panels are coated with multiple layers of glass enamel. This glass is chemically bonded to the steel surface through a unique process, creating a corrosion-resistant barrier.

Firing Process: After coating, the panels are fired in a furnace at approximately 850°C. The high temperatures cause the glass to fuse with the steel, resulting in a strong, non-porous surface that can withstand aggressive chemicals, extreme weather, and other environmental challenges.

On-site Assembly : To assemble the prefabricated glass-fused panels, they are delivered to the project location. The panels are bolted together, and high-quality sealants are applied to ensure the structure is completely watertight and leak-proof.
